Biography
Through his years of training, Dr. Horner has gained extensive experience in all facets of minimally invasive surgery with an emphasis on robotic surgery, endoscopic, and anorectal procedures for both benign and Malignant disease. Dr. Horner has particular interest in the role technology plays in surgery as well as the importance of quality of life outcomes for patients.
