Johnson Kay, DO

Dr. Johnson Kay is originally from California. He went to Occidental College as an undergraduate before receiving a graduate degree from Georgetown University. He earned his medical degree from Western University and completed his residency training at the Naval Medical Center San Diego and fellowship training at the Brooke Army Medical Center.
Prior to UNLV, Dr. Kay served in the United States Air Force where he was the medical director of the internal medicine department at Kadena Air Base, chief of rheumatology at Nellis Air Force Base, and expeditionary critical care team chief at the Baghdad Diplomatic Support Hospital Iraq.
Dr. Kay authored research articles in rheumatology journals and a textbook chapter on autoimmunity.
He enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters.
