Dominique Nimallah a Family Nurse Practitioner who is originally from Detroit, Michigan. She earned her first Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Wayne State University, while providing HIV/AIDS testing and counseling to patients at Detroit Receiving Hospital. She relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada in 2012 where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Roseman University College of Nursing and later her Master’s Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Dominique has a particular interest in the field of adult behavioral health, stemming from her earlier studies of psychology.

Dominique is Board Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Nurse Practitioner. She has seven years of patient care experience, with a majority of her time spent working in critical care and post-surgical care. She has been a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society and the American Nurses Association since 2018.  

Prior to becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner, Dominique worked as a Case Manager and Direct Supervisor for various behavioral health agencies in the Las Vegas Valley. She is passionate about providing care that is individualized and focuses on how to incorporate mental health and physical health changes for long lasting health and well-being

Dominique’s passion for traveling the world grew when she met her husband, who had already traveled to over 25 countries. She believes that traveling inspires us to try new things by taking us out of our comfort zone. She has visited 15 countries so far, with plans to continue traveling to a new country each year! In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband and two children, cooking, and strength training.
